2. Orders & Bespoke Services

All orders placed through our digital storefront are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Pretty standard stuff, right? When you buy a mattress or a set of premium sheets, you'll receive a confirmation email. That's not a contract yet—it's just us saying "We got it!"

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch any items from our UK facility.

3. Coastal Shipping

We ship far and wide. While we're based in PA36 4AF, our logistics network handles fine textiles with extreme care. Shipping times are estimates only. We're not liable for delays caused by the weather, sea conditions, or external couriers.

4. Returns & Hygiene

Due to the intimate nature of bedding, we can't accept returns on pillows or mattresses once the hygienic seal is broken. It's for everyone's safety. However, if your items arrive damaged or don't match our coastal quality standards, we'll make it right. Contact [email protected] within 14 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brinora Coastal Linens or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
